Spa Policies

Welcome to The Winslow Spa


Please note the following policies are in place to ensure optimal service and experience for everyone.

Prices


Are exclusive of gratuities and taxes, and are subject to change without notice.


Refund Policy


We have a straightforward refund policy: any unopened product purchased within the past 14 days is eligible for a refund. Additionally, if you experience an allergic reaction to your product within the first 14 days of use, or if your product is defective or damaged upon opening, we will honor a refund. Please note that we do not offer refunds on services.


Cancellation Policy and Rescheduling


We respectfully require 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (less than 12 hours) or no-shows will incur a fee and will be sent an invoice that must be paid prior to booking your next appointment. The cancellation policy is as follows: LC - 50% of the total charge and NS - 100% of the total charge.


Gift Cards


Treat your gift cards like cash; we do not keep them on file. Take a picture of your gift card showing the code and services - this works just as well.
