Please note the following policies are in place to ensure optimal service and experience for everyone.

A few minutes prior to your Spa appointment. 

Prices

Are exclusive of gratuities and taxes, and are subject to change without notice.

Refunds

• Any un-opened product that has been purchased within the past 14 days.
• You are experiencing an allergic reaction to your product within the first 14 days of use.
• Your product is defective or damaged upon opening.
• We do not offer refunds on services

Cancelations and Rescheduling

We respectfully require 24 hours notice for cancelations or rescheduling.

Late Cancels (less than 12 hours) or No-Shows will be sent an invoice that must be paid prior to booking your next appointment.

LC- 50% of total charge

NS - 100% of total charge

Gift Cards

Treat your Gift Cards like cash. We do not keep them on file.

Take a picture of your gift card showing the code and services - this works just as well.
